The Sencillo is ESEE Knives' answer to customer requests for a "super steel" knife. Despite the trend towards newer steels, ESEE stands by the tried-and-true 1095 carbon steel for most of their knives. The Sencillo, however, emerges from customer interest in MagnaCut, with Jeff Randall creating a prototype in A2 steel due to its reliable performance in tools.

Balanced Size and Ergonomics
Slightly larger than the IZULA-II, the Sencillo features 3D handles, offering a comfortable and substantial grip. It's designed for everyday tasks, from cutting hay strings to food preparation.
